鮪魚蛋沙拉 Tuna fish with Eggs Salad

[食材 Ingredients]
鮪魚罐頭 1罐、洋蔥 1顆、水煮蛋 2顆、綜合蔬菜 1大碗(青豆、玉米粒、紅蘿蔔丁)
1 jar of canned tuna, 1 onion, Two boiled eggs, Mixing vegetables 1 bowl (beans, corn kernels, red carrot
ding)

[調味料 Seasoning]
沙拉醬 350~400g、黑胡椒粉 2大匙、白胡椒粉 1大匙、糖 少許、香料 少許(如 迷迭香或羅勒)
Salad dressings 350 ~ 400g, 2 tablespoons black pepper, 1 tablespoon white pepper, Sugar a little, A little spice (such as rosemary or basil)

[做法 Practice]
1.鮪魚罐頭瀝掉油(若要健康點,可使用水煮鮪魚罐頭,將水分與油瀝乾即可)
2.洋蔥切小丁
3.綜合蔬菜燙熟
4.水煮蛋切丁
將以上1~4食材與調味料拌勻即可食用

1.) Canned tuna drained the oil (If you want to health, you can use poached canned tuna, you have to be drained the water and oil)
2.) Onion diced
3.) Poach vegetables
4.) The boiled eggs diced
1-4 above ingredients and seasonings and mix well and serve immediately

※沙拉醬可搭配凱薩與美乃滋(偏酸)或用日式千島與美乃滋搭配(偏甜),當然亦可以使用原味即可。口味較重者,可依狀況加些許鹽巴或多增加糖。

※ You can use with Caesar salad dressing mix mayonnaise (Sour) or by Thousand Island dressing mix mayonnaise mix (sweet), of course, also can use the original. Heavier taste, you can add more salt and sugar to follow you like.

紅酒燉牛肉 Beef Bourguignon( 約5~6人份 / About 5~6 for person )

[食材 Ingredients]
洋蔥1顆、西洋芹2支、紅蘿蔔半支、牛番茄2顆、牛肋條600g
1 onion, 2 celery, carrots half-sticks, 2 tomato, 600g beef rib

[香料 Spices]
適量:薑、羅勒、迷迭香、月桂葉、適量黑白胡椒粉
A small piece of ginger,a few sweet basil, a few rosemary, three bay leaves , some black and white pepper

[調味料 Seasoning]
一大匙橄欖油、一大匙奶油、三分之ㄧ瓶紅酒、ㄧ大匙鹽巴(口味重者,可再加一大匙番茄醬與白醋)
1 Tbsp of olive oil, 1 Tbsp of butter, 1/3 bottle of red wine, 2 tbsps salt.
(If you’d like heavy flavor, could be with one tablespoon tomato sauce and vinegar.)

[做法 Practice]
1.牛肋條切塊、薑切片、西洋芹切段、紅蘿蔔切塊、洋蔥切塊、蕃茄切塊;待鍋熱後,加上一大匙橄欖油和奶油熱後,先爆香薑片與洋蔥,加上蕃茄炒出一點水份,再入續放進紅蘿蔔與西洋芹;最後再加上已切塊的牛肋塊,炒至半熟即可。
1. Cut the beef rib, cut ginger into slices, cut celery into sections, cubed carrot, cubed onions, diced tomatoes; pan until hot, add 1 Tbs each of olive oil and butter to heat, saute ginger and onions, add tomato to fry, after it looks has some water, then continued into carrot and celery; last one, diced beef rib, you can just stir-fry until half cooked.

2.加水覆蓋所有材料、倒入紅酒、加入切碎的新鮮香料與乾香料,拌勻後大火燉煮至大滾後,並加入鹽巴與胡椒粉拌勻,轉小火蓋上鍋蓋熬煮一小時,再關火悶上三小時以上,即可完成美味又營養的紅酒燉牛肉啦!
2. Add water to cover all the material, pour the red wine, add chopped fresh spices and dried spices to mix well, turn a fire stronger to wait the big roll, after add salt, pepper to mix well again, cover and turn a small fire and boiled a hours, then turn off the stove, after simmered it more than three hours to complete the delicious and nutritious beef bourguignon!

每次都會剩下吐司的外皮那塊不想吃嗎?但是又覺得丟掉可惜是吧!沙拉怎麼吃,不就是佐那些油油膩膩的醬料嗎?創意溫沙拉,健康又美味;簡單又省時的吐司披薩,等你來試試唷!

蔬果溫沙拉

[食材]
芝麻菜1束、洋蔥1/2顆、雞蛋1顆、甜椒1/2顆、杏鮑菇2支、香蕉1/2支、冷凍蔬菜少許、黑橄欖少許。

[調味料]
一小匙橄欖油、一大匙淡醬油、黑橄欖醬汁、一大匙白醋、適量黑白胡椒。

[做法]
1.杏鮑菇切細絲、甜椒切絲、洋蔥切絲;待鍋熱後,加上一小匙油熱後,先炒香洋蔥,再加上杏鮑菇炒出一點水分,加上冷凍蔬菜與橄欖,最後才可加入甜椒拌炒(好保有爽脆度);加入一大匙淡醬油、兩大匙黑橄欖醬汁、與一大匙白醋,拌勻並上色即可。

2.水煮蛋切片,香蕉切片,芝麻菜洗淨切成三段備用。

3.先將芝麻菜放入中間,將1淋上並拌勻撒上適量黑白胡椒粉。再將香蕉與水煮蛋擺盤上,一道健康美味料理完成了。(若喜歡有點辣的,可以加一點七味粉)



蔬食吐司披薩

[食材]
剩下的吐司1片、杏鮑菇少許、洋蔥少許、甜椒少許、冷凍蔬菜少許、黑橄欖少許。

[調味料]
奶油、蕃茄醬、少許白胡椒、少許黑胡椒、起士適量。

[做法]
1.杏鮑菇切丁;洋蔥切丁;甜椒切丁;黑橄欖切片。

2.將奶油平均塗至吐司上、再塗上蕃茄醬,並鋪上薄薄ㄧ層起司;之後將所有其它料均勻灑上至吐司上再灑上ㄧ層起司(愛起司的,自己酌量增加)。

3.烤箱加熱至180度C後,將食材進烤箱烤約10~15分鐘,即可享用美味又健康的蔬食吐司披薩!

上週與朋友在家簡單的開了個轟趴,鐵板燒+石頭火鍋,飯後來點啤酒再加上自己親手的特調;雖然大家都吃很飽,不管如何喝酒總得有下酒菜才是吧~HAHA

[食材]
鮪魚罐頭1罐(亦可用絞肉)、蒜頭2瓣、洋蔥半顆、青椒半顆、醃漬橄欖6顆、小蕃茄15-20顆(視品種大小)、少許冷凍蔬菜(玉米粒+青豆+紅蘿蔔丁)、玉米片1包。

[調味料]
一大匙油、一小匙辣椒醬、少許白胡椒、少許黑胡椒、少許鹽巴、起司絲兩大把。

1.蒜頭切碎;洋蔥切小塊;青椒切小塊;橄欖切片;小蕃茄切片;鮪魚罐頭瀝油備用。並將烤箱預熱100。C。

2.製作鮪魚口味莎莎醬:放入油至鍋中加熱,再加上蒜末與洋蔥炒香後,加入小蕃茄煮糊,再加入鮪魚拌炒。撒上少許黑、白胡椒粉、鹽巴及辣椒醬繼續拌炒並拌勻即可!

3.取一焗烤盤,平鋪一層玉米片後,在上方倒入步驟2的成品,接著鋪上青椒、橄欖片、少許洋蔥與冷凍蔬菜,再最上層鋪上起司絲。

4.將步驟3放入預熱後的烤箱,烤約10分鐘至起司呈現金黃色色澤,即可上桌。 另外亦可加上TABASCO 辣椒醬,風味會更加美味!!
